This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, anytime between 9AM to 5PM Surry Hills, NSW

Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant for this established architecture firm, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will span from managing client leads and maintaining relationships to coordinating social media efforts and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage and track client leads using the company’s CRM system, ensuring no potential opportunities are missed
  • Schedule and coordinate calls with prospective clients, maintaining a professional and organized approach
  • Publish engaging daily content for the company’s Instagram account, showcasing their impressive portfolio and industry expertise
  • Perform essential administrative and marketing tasks to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently
  • Utilize Canva to create basic graphic designs for social media posts and other marketing materials
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their projects are progressing satisfactorily and addressing any concerns promptly
  • Monitor overall project progress and assist in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the architectural team to gather necessary information for client communication and social media content
Requirements
  • Proven experience in using CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Strong proficiency in social media management, particularly Instagram
  • Basic graphic design skills, with specific experience using Canva
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Familiarity with architectural or design industry terms is a plus
  • Comfortable with remote work and ability to maintain a consistent part-time schedule
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and systems as needed
