Job Description:

In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our portfolio by reaching out to self-storage property owners, fostering relationships, and securing third-party management contracts to manage their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Prospecting:
- Conduct targeted cold calls to self-storage property owners to discuss partnership opportunities, third-party management services, and potential acquisitions.
2. Appointment Setting:
- Schedule meetings for senior leadership with property owners who express interest in our management services or partnerships.
Arrange follow-ups for owners showing future potential for collaboration.
3. Lead Management:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications in our CRM system.
Collaborate with department leadership to ensure seamless transitions through each stage of the sales process.
4. Strategic Feedback:
Provide actionable insights and regular updates to leadership to help refine and improve outreach strategies and acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience 
  • Call Center/Phone sales experience is a plus
  • Sales closing skills
  • Prior work from home experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows-based computer programs with excellent navigation skills
  • Skills in languages other than English are a plus
