Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and Meta ads platforms
  • Strong understanding of PPC, display advertising, and retargeting strategies, with a track record of driving measurable results
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly valued, but not mandatory for candidates with transferable skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in advertising tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to advertising challenges
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
