Client Overview

Join a cutting-edge lead generation agency that’s revolutionizing how individuals connect with legal services in the United States. Our client, a dynamic startup, specializes in generating and nurturing high-quality leads for attorneys, with a primary focus on family law. By leveraging advanced digital marketing strategies and personalized client interactions, we’re bridging the gap between those seeking legal counsel and experienced attorneys. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for empathetic and articulate professionals to play a crucial role in our growth journey.

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be at the forefront of our client acquisition process, serving as the vital link between potential clients and our attorney partners. This role offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and legal industry exposure. You’ll engage with individuals seeking legal counsel, primarily in sensitive family law matters such as divorce and custody cases. Your ability to listen, understand, and effectively communicate will be key in guiding these potential clients towards valuable legal consultations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and has a passion for helping people during challenging times. As part of a growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly impact the business’s success and shape the future of legal services accessibility.

Responsibilities
  • Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads generated from sophisticated Google and Facebook ad campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when discussing sensitive legal matters
  • Gather and document essential case details, including marital status, assets, and case urgency, using active listening skills
  • Articulate the benefits of legal consultations and highlight attorney expertise, effectively addressing potential clients’ concerns and hesitations
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and partner attorneys, optimizing both parties’ time and increasing conversion rates
  • Utilize our CRM system (GoHighLevel) to manage lead information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Implement multi-channel follow-up strategies, including email and SMS, to nurture leads and maintain engagement
  • Adapt conversations using provided scripts while maintaining a natural, empathetic tone tailored to each client’s unique situation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, contributing to the continuous improvement of our lead generation strategies
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance legal knowledge and refine sales techniques, staying at the forefront of industry best practices

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with a neutral US accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and compassionately
  • Basic understanding of legal concepts, particularly in family law, or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service, preferably in a consultative role or within the legal industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and VoIP calling platforms, with specific experience in GoHighLevel being a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a remote work environment
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and thorough lead qualification
  • Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude when handling objections or difficult conversations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if compensated by relevant experience
  • Availability to work full-time with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening hours for client convenience
