The Role:
Intel 471 is looking for a Sr Customer Success Manager to join our team, reporting to our VP Customer Success. The role can be in the United States or Europe on a remote basis. The role requires regular contact with our international team located in the United States, South America, Western and Eastern Europe, and Asia so a comfort working with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds is required.
The ideal candidate will have a cyber intelligence background to expand our world-class team focusing on managing and supporting the needs of our customers. This role will be centered on facilitating and executing on the optimal customer journey.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer accounts across the globe on renewal of their Intel 471 subscriptions
- Drive retention and growth from customers through understanding and delivering customer needs
- Execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns / strategies to optimize customer growth
- Track and communicate customer health
- Deliver regular revenue forecast updates
- Create proposals, prepare subscription agreements, and drive full agreement to closure
- Work closely with Engagement Leads to ensure customer success
- Understand, navigate, and leverage Salesforce to facilitate all aspects of renewals
- Understanding of pricing, packaging, and retention strategies, as well as identify conversion/up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales/customer service experience
- Client-facing, retention, and negotiation experience
- Prior Sales or sales support background is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com is desired
- Proven track record and expertise in pricing, packaging, and renewal strategy
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive and team-oriented mindset, excellent work ethic
- General understanding of cyber threat landscape and cybercrime underground
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional in attitude, conduct and appearance
- Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and able to operate with minimal supervision
- Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills

Compensation$80,000 - $100,000 annually
