About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Regional Concrete Forming Solutions Account Manager to lead the charge in growing our footprint across key markets. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our brand, forging strong customer relationships and uncovering new opportunities to deliver value. You will manage a thriving territory spanning North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin while enjoying the flexibility of 25-50% travel.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Drive Sales Success: Generate new business by effectively promoting our cutting-edge products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Identify customer challenges and provide tailored solutions that contribute to their success and bottom line.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Perform cost-saving analyses to help customers maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Sales Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends within your region, identifying opportunities and maintaining a pulse on the competition.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage accounts receivable, assist with month-end inventory, and ensure creditworthiness for new accounts.

Your Experience and Skills:

  • Education & Experience: Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of outside sales experience in the construction or manufacturing sector is highly valued.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in manufacturing or construction is preferred but not essential. Experience with UFP’s products and culture is a plus!
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and business software.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A passion for tackling challenges and delivering exceptional customer solutions.
