We are currently searching for an SCCM/MECM Administrator:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage systems: Set up new computers, connect them to the server, and monitor them.
  • Update systems: Install and deploy updates, patches, and service packs.
  • Troubleshoot: Resolve issues remotely or on-site.
  • Support users: Provide technical assistance to support groups and end users.
  • Develop documentation: Create and update documentation for the IT service desk.
  • Research new applications: Stay up to date with new software and services.
  • Lead projects: Lead desktop platform projects and development of new technology.
  • Collaborate: Work with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and develop strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years of experience depending on the level (Level 2 or Level 3).
  • Strong knowledge of SCCM and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with software distribution and patching.
  • Proven ability to build and distribute software packages.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and user support skills.

Languages:

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.

Notes:

  • Remote position in Bogotá, Colombia & Mexico.
  • Level 2 resource: 8–10 years of experience, $30 USD/hour.
  • Level 3 resource: 10–15 years of experience, rate dependent on experience.
