About the role
Global Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy for Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division:
Define and drive execution of global GTM Strategy for the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) division. Works closely with all functions including sales, product, marketing, professional services, pre-sales and data operations to ensure alignment across all areas. The leader will drive material revenue and client satisfaction improvements through enhancing our GTM strategy and approach, including but not limited to increasing FCC SME throughout the Sales process, FCC sales incentives, introduction of new products and services, development of unique selling points and corresponding materials and demos, and pricing changes.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall global GTM strategy and delivery for the FCC business, including achieving incremental revenue targets and providing excellent customer experience
Motivate and educate internal sales teams, both Direct and Alliances, on the key aspects of FCC Solutions. Help teams shift to a more informed and consultative manner of selling, with initial focus on our most important solutions.
Partner closely with Marketing team and Regional Market Planners to develop regional marketing strategies, monitoring impact and enhancing through time
Partner with Product team on Customer discovery efforts and market research
Develop unique selling points focused on client needs, and relative to competitor offerings. Also developing strategies to handle objections, across regions, solutions, and segments.
Partner with Analytics and Pricing teams on Pricing strategy, and drive GTM of any price changes
Partner with Sales team on developing and measuring FCC-focused sales incentives
Develop market segmentation and identify unique needs of each key segment, to help inform GTM approach, across regions and industries
Continually develop compelling case studies to highlight the value of our solutions, accelerating sales and increasing win rates
Partner with Sales to identify new markets or key clients to target, in addition to growing existing relationships
Partner with all functions on introduction of new products and services, including Product Readiness, Sales education, and Marketing support
Drive cross-functional alignment in support of meeting client needs in an efficient manner
Identify potential areas of growth for the FCC business based on feedback developed via the GTM Strategy work
Partner closely with Marketing to expand market presence, heighten brand awareness and trust, and intelligently drive qualified leads to Sales.
Provide insight and research on competitive intelligence, market sizing, industry trends, regulatory trends and market drivers to inform strategy and improve knowledge sharing across the organisation.
Partner with Sales and Pre Sales to continually improve the FCC Onboarding program
Requirements
Cross-functional leadership and the ability to work effectively with key partners across a large, global and matrixed organization.
Previous experience managing revenue and performance of a business line or product line.
Management experience and skills to successfully lead large cross-functional teams
Additional skills required include business acumen and strategic planning, disciplined management of team and agenda, critical thinking and analytical skill, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Domain expertise in the FCC space.

Position is eligible for base salary plus an annual bonus.
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland : $140,100 - 260,200 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington DC: $153,500 - 285,000 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $146,800 - 272,600 USD
