What You Will Do
The Pro Solution Center Key Account Coordinator supports order management and service needs for strategic accounts The primary responsibility of the Key Account Coordinator is to serve as a liaison between customers and the business. This includes communication, delivery of products and management of specific, ongoing projects within assigned accounts.
Responsibility Statements
•Manages timely and accurate order entry for all assigned strategic accounts across multiple systems.
•Partners with account sales reps, managers, and internal departments to ensure promotions, pricing, and overall client expectations are met.
•Identifies process gaps and opportunities within internal account management and makes recommendations for process improvements.
•Maintains existing customer relationships by generating new business opportunities.
•Provides feedback to leadership team regarding process, program, and system opportunities.
•Serves as the subject matter expert for the development of best practices as well as process and procedure documentation in support of assigned accounts.
•Provides feedback to sales leadership to help field sales teams set expectations and qualify customers up front when selling solutions.
What you Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
•5 years’ experience working in customer service, inside sales, sales administration, or account management.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
•Knowledge of CRM tools (i.e. Zendesk, Salesforce).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Flexible to changing work demands.
•Excels in building positive working relationships.
•Strong customer service skills in negotiations and conflict management skills.
•Ability to analyze and problem solve to bring solutions to customers.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
•Ability to work collaboratively across the organization.
•Ability to stay calm with all customers seeking resolution to a problem by providing. support and superior customer service until resolution is met.
Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
•Retail sales and operations experience is a plus.
Pay Range: $22.17 - $36.96 per hour
