The role in a nutshell:

The GEO HR Services Customer Care Associate will be the first point of contact for our customers who have questions or issues to address and provide consultative support to an assigned client base. This role includes interaction with customers on behalf of our company, answering both general and specific customer questions, along with processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customers inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.

How you will make a difference

  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional way, via phone or email
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their operations issues are resolved
  • Escalate client queries as appropriate
  • Identifying common problems and escalating them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible
  • Resolving client challenges, managing database records, drafting status reports on client service issues 
  • Liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to client queries
  • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot client challenges
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

What will give you an advantage :

  • The job holder should ideally be holding Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client facing role.
  • It will be a good plus if you have HR administration/ coordination or implementation experience.
  • You must be a self-direct individual with initiative and very proficient in problem solving.
  • Also you need to be strong verbal and written fluency in English and geographical cultural knowledge
  • International exposure to the work assignment
  • Last but not least you need to be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and be very attentive to details.
  • Remember we are continuously growing so you need to have the ability to work in a fast paced and often changing environment
