WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Brand Marketing Specialist II, will report directly into the Country Marketing Head - Philippines.

You will work alongside the SEA&I Consumer Brand Management Team for Men’s, Women’s and Kids to help build and influence the cross-functional plans that inspire and serve athletes*. Teams you’ll work with:

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist who will be part of the Philippine marketing team. This role is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.

This role is responsible for implementing and executing marketing plans that fuel daily engagement and strengthen consumer relationships across the Consumer x Fields of Play offense (FOP) focusing on: Sport, Lifestyle and Running with sharp focus on her.

The candidate should have a digital first approach, entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative nature, and a strong pulse of the PH marketplace in terms of the wants, needs, and desires of a Filipina/Filipino athlete* and the role of sport* for an individual and community.

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing.

  • Deep understanding of digital platforms.

  • Passion for Sport and the role it can play in the world.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to execute strategic vision, ensure follow-through to deliver results.

  • Ability to collaborate and build strong, positive relationships.

  • Inspired, team player mentality to add energy and thrive in times of ambiguity.

  • Self-starter attitude with agile thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Analytical skills to gather consumer insights and identify business & brand opportunities.

If this is you, you’ll be working directly with the Country Marketing Head of Nike Philippines and as well as the SEA&I Consumer Brand Management team to provide consumer insights and market observations that will help build and shape the annual and seasonal brand plans that serve the needs of the athlete*, transform sport, and advance the world.

In partnership with the Country Marketing Head, you will play a key role in -

  • Driving and executing the brand strategies with a digital first mindset.

  • Constantly serving up Filipina/Filipino consumer insights, help analyze membership data, identify, and promote key sporting and brand moments that will help develop country consumer journeys on a seasonal basis.

  • Working closely with the cross-functional teams from commercial and operations to identify commercial demands and opportunities while delivering day to day administrative country brand work i.e. sport authenticators management, catalyst support, seasonal product allocations and call-offs and budget management.

  • Driving new consumers into our ecosystem and keeping them engaged – ultimately, making athletes* dreams real.
