Responsibilities:

The Senior Administrative Specialist - Risk Advisory Services position can be in person, remote, or hybrid.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide administrative support to the Risk Advisory Services team, ensuring deadlines are met while fostering a positive work environment
  • Create, proofread, edit, and correct documents and assemble reports, ensuring timeliness and content accuracy
  • Produce high-quality work following guidelines and firm standards
  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of the firm's products, services, and industries
  • Demonstrate general knowledge of Risk Advisory Services
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:

 

  • Five+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environment or three+ years with an associate degree
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while balancing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines while adhering to standard processes
  • Ability to know when to escalate or seek guidance on an issue or roadblock
  • Good Written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word required, beginner-level experience in Microsoft Teams and Outlook required

The estimated base pay range for this role is $21.00-34.00/hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
