TL;DR
Tango is looking for a strategic Sr. Content Creator to join the Demand Generation team. A successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and the ability to tailor content to resonate with diverse audiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative candidate who thinks disruptively to build engaged online communities and episodic content across multiple digital platforms to drive brand awareness and revenue. You should have a passion for video production, be hands-on from conceptualization to final edits, and be skilled at producing high-quality content that tells a story.
The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity, expertise in storytelling across all social media platforms, and technical production skills. This role requires someone who is able to quickly become a subject matter expert on new personas and industries in order to create content that highlights the unique value of our product and resonates with a B2B audience. You’re a great fit if you have experience marketing to operations, sales, and IT personas.
The Sr. Content Creator should have a pulse on what's trending and what's being discussed so they can translate that into authentic, relevant, impactful, and on-brand content campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
This is a remote position based in the US.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategic content initiatives that align with our B2B positioning and thought leadership goals
Partner with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to create compelling content narratives that resonate with technical and business audiences
Create and oversee production of video content optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube, focusing on B2B thought leadership and episodic educational content
Build frameworks for enabling and amplifying internal subject matter experts' knowledge through content
Monitor content performance metrics and provide strategic insights to stakeholders
Guide creative direction during content development, whether working with internal resources or external partners
What You Have
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on content strategy and creation, particularly video content
Demonstrated expertise in understanding and creating content for technical B2B personas, particularly in operations, sales, or IT (portfolio required)
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex B2B positioning into compelling content
Experience in developing thought leadership content and enabling subject matter experts
Proven track record of creating successful content strategies for LinkedIn and YouTube
Proficiency in video production and editing (Adobe Creative Suite) preferred but not required; ability to provide creative direction and work with production partners is essential.
Experience with AI tools for content optimization and scaling
Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional content initiatives
Deep understanding of B2B buyer journey and ability to create content that influences pipeline
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical subject matter experts

Compensation
Our base salary compensation is $140,000 - 180,000 for this role, and the total compensation package will also include equity and benefits. We value each employee based on their impact within the company, regardless of location. Due to this, we set salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and benchmark against similar-stage growth companies. We share salary ranges on all job postings to comply with local legislation and provide greater transparency to candidates. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including past candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above. Additionally, we offer annual compensation review cycles and an annual equity refresh program.
