Senior Backend Software Engineer

We are constantly focused on launching new yield products: for example, in Polkadot (adding +15-20% to NRR) and Ethereum, where we offer significantly higher NRR (+40%) than any other staking operator 💪

We also keep an eye on exciting projects and launch new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, and Babylon. We strongly believe in Bitcoin and the DeFi ecosystem around it, and we have a dedicated team focused on finding the best yield solutions based on Bitcoin.

We work with partners like BitGo, Crypto.com, Ledger and ByBit.

You will 🚀

• Develop and maintain backend services for staking and restaking features in Web3 applications

• Integrate various blockchain networks into our infrastructure

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new protocols and smart contract interactions

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

• Stay up to date with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and integrate them into ongoing projects
  
  

Stack

Golang, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ

You have 🤓

• Competent spoken and written English

• Understanding of cryptographic principles and encryption algorithms

• Practical experience building backend services or tools (e.g., dApps, indexers) for Ethereum or similar blockchain networks

• Solid knowledge of both relational and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with caching strategies and cache invalidation

• Hands-on with containerization (Docker) and DevOps fundamentals

• Proven ability to work in a team, with open and clear communication

• Technical degree

• Understanding and application of software architecture best practices (e.g., microservices, domain-driven design)

• Hands-on experience with online profiling, logging, and monitoring tools

• Practical understanding of cloud platforms (Google Cloud, Heroku, AWS) and building solutions around their strengths and constraints

• Basic understanding of Proof-of-Stake blockchain networks

• Familiarity with JS/TS and web3 stack in general
