What We Are Looking For

Project management as part of the Italian Panther program in cooperation with our sister company and our JV partner in Italy
Technical management of the associated project managers (m/f/d) and coordination of cross-functional teams in the matrix organization
Ensuring the implementation of the project in terms of scope of services, quality, time and budget
Management of complex international projects and partners
Interface function and coordination with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, customers, etc.)
Coordination of internal processes and documentation of agreements and decisions

This position can also be filled at our location in Kiel.

What Qualifications You Should Have

Successfully completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or comparable
Several years of professional experience in a similar position required
Experience of working in an international project environment
Experience in the defense industry is an advantage
Knowledge of project management, especially in dealing with project management/planning tools and knowledge of earned value management
Good command of the English language required
Good command of the Italian language is an advantage
Ability to work in a team, strong analytical skills and willingness to travel internationally
