Job Opportunity: Remote Mental Health Therapist (California-Based)

Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Duties:

• Perform client assessments and guide them toward appropriate resources.
• Navigate complex cases involving mental health challenges, addiction, and trauma.
• Educate team members about client stressors and needs.
• Keep detailed records of client sessions, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 annually + benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
• Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
