Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Research Assistant for a Full-Time position work from home. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field and collaborate with our diverse team of scientists. The role involves supporting internal research initiatives and assisting in various stages of project development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in data analysis techniques and able to interpret complex data sets to draw meaningful conclusions.
• Skilled in programming languages such as Python and R to facilitate data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with statistical software packages like SPSS or SAS to perform advanced statistical analyses.
• Adept at conducting comprehensive literature reviews to gather and synthesize existing research findings.
• Ability to perform qualitative research, including data collection and thematic analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of advanced formulas and data visualization tools.
• Strong scientific writing skills to prepare reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to collective goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of research projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct data collection, entry, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability of research findings.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and future directions.
• Stay updated with the latest research developments and methodologies in the field of life sciences.
• Collaborate with external partners or clients to support clinical activities and improve digital transformation.
• Manage and organize research documentation and maintain accurate records of all research activities.
• Provide support in the development of scientific protocols and consulting services as needed.
