Job description

🚀We are looking for an accomplished Retail Director to lead and enhance the retail operations for mobile products across Europe and the Americas. This role will be instrumental in expanding the brand’s presence in offline retail settings, driving revenue growth, and building robust relationships with regional retail teams.

Location: Multiple locations


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a retail strategy aimed at increasing the visibility and sales of mobile products across Europe and the Americas.
  • Partner with retail stakeholders and regional teams to create and sustain a strong retail presence.
  • Analyze retail performance data to identify opportunities for sales growth and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Ensure retail staff are effectively trained and capable of representing the brand and products with professionalism.
  • Drive initiatives to improve product presentation, customer engagement, and retail execution standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive background in retail management, preferably within the mobile or consumer electronics industries.
  • Strong understanding of retail markets in Europe and the Americas.
  • Proven experience in managing retail teams and collaborating with partners to meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (or other relevant languages) to facilitate seamless communication across diverse regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
