Peloton is looking to expand our Connected Planning capabilities. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within sales & operations planning models. Specific technologies of interest include Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Individuals would be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions and deliverables for clients across the country.
The right candidates will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop unique and innovative solutions that result in real business results. Chosen candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. Peloton also places a high value on internal contributions through the support and development of the firm and its team members.
As an Anaplan Architect you will be responsible for providing professional functional or technical consulting services to our clients, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the Anaplan Practice. This includes:
- Serve as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutions
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Recommending roadmaps and implementation plans
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models
- Modify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionality
- Develop model documentation
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions
- Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment
- Managing a project and project team members
- Mentoring team members in their career development
- Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
- Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect
- 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales / strong demo capabilities
- Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Demand Forecast Modeling Skills
- Subject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain
- Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
- Ability to quickly understand and decompose S&OP, business, and technical concepts
- Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
- Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
- Ability to travel within the United States
Additional Desired Skills:
- Demand Planning, Supply/Inventory Planning, Production Planning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting is a plus
