Senior Motion Designer

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with  an award-winning multi-licensed, broker who offers online CFD trading on FX, crypto, oil, metals, shares, and indices and seeking to onboard a Senior Motion Designer. 

Position: Senior Motion Designer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, design, and animate visually captivating motion graphics for a range of media formats.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the project requirements and goals.
• Oversee and manage all technical elements of video recording and editing to ensure high-quality output.
• Provide precise time estimates for each stage of the production process.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh design concepts and creative ideas.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• At least 5 years of experience in motion design and content creation.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with plugins like AEUX, Lottie, Element 3D, and others.
• Proficiency in 3D design, especially with Cinema 4D, Redshift, or Octane, is highly desirable.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-quality motion graphics and animation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
