Job Title: ERP Specialist / Customer Service
Location:
Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2:00 AM to 10:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ERP Specialist / Customer Service professional to support our largest customer. This role requires a proactive approach to managing data, processing purchase orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders remotely and maintain accurate records.
  • Export and analyze database information using Excel, identifying discrepancies or required updates.
  • Update customer databases with comments and changes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customer expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including basic formula functions and data analysis.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Experience with customer online databases is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and double-check work.
  • Capable of passing a background check.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with PDF editing software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and Outlook email.
