Part-time Cold Caller

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and friendly Cold Caller to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients to offer job opportunities and generate interest in available positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive phone presence, and the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective clients or candidates to offer job opportunities.
• Introduce and explain available positions to potential candidates.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout calls.
• Keep detailed records of outreach efforts and responses.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule interviews.
