As an Organizational Change Management Associate Consultant, you'll support transformative initiatives by facilitating the adoption of enterprise technologies, streamlined business processes, and strategic improvements, enabling long-term success for our clients. Leveraging a people-first approach, you’ll foster trust, drive stakeholder engagement, and create the conditions necessary for sustainable change and empowered teams.
The Organizational Change Management Associate Consultant supports the development, implementation, and delivery of best practice change management strategies and activities that maximize employee adoption of new ways of working while minimizing resistant behaviors from impacted employees and stakeholders. This includes supporting efforts such as stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, persona mapping, and stakeholder engagement activities. By driving adoption through strategic change management, the goal is to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of our clients’ desired results and outcomes.

Benefits
The budgeted salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 USD + annual bonus up to 8%. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This role will be 100% remote, with occasional travel as required for any specific project. Easy access to a major airport (within 60 miles) recommended.
