Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team and help expand out reach within the medical community.
As a Medical Sales Representative at Mikata, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our portfolio of healthcare software solutions to physicians and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in the medical field.
Present and demonstrate the benefits and value of Mikata’s products and solutions to healthcare providers.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive products, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Provide feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in our CRM system.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote Mikata’s offerings.
Travel
Travel within the province of Ontario
Travel to attend conferences and trade shows in Canada and the United States
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to physicians.
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite. Preference for those with experience using Hubspot.
Willingness to travel as required.
