The Role
Job Purpose: To develop and execute strategic SEO plans that improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and achieve measurable results for clients. The SEO Strategist will leverage industry expertise, data-driven insights, and innovative approaches to enhance website visibility and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner to identify high-value keywords relevant to clients’ industries and objectives.
Analyze competitor SEO strategies to uncover opportunities and refine approaches for maximum impact.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking, to improve search engine rankings and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with content creators to design SEO-driven content strategies aligned with client goals and audience needs.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawlability, and schema markup to enhance website performance.
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and backlink profiles.
Regularly monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Create and deliver comprehensive SEO reports to clients, detailing key performance metrics, strategies implemented, and recommendations for continued growth.
Ideal Profile
Proven experience in developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
In-depth knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
Experience with content strategy development and collaboration with content teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client reporting and collaboration.
Ability to stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
Remote Work And Equipment Requirements
This is a remote position requiring reliable internet access and personal equipment to perform effectively.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
