  • The Advisory and Value Assurance (AVA) team, also known as the Consulting Practice, at Brillio is at the forefront of leading this charge by reimagining and executing how we structure, sell and deliver our services to better serve our clients.
     
    As Brillio continues to gain more industry depth, the Healthcare vertical is the first industry group at Brillio to rollout the AVA practice. As part of the emerging Healthcare Consulting Practice, you will partner with Brillio’s healthcare clients on a wide range of opportunities and service offerings we provide to our clients ranging from the design and implementation of their digital transformation initiatives to planning and shaping strategic direction for clients product roadmap.
  • This is an exciting opportunity as this practice has opportunities to bring in new revenue and clients to the organization and augment existing customers offerings through new services.

  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • •            Directly supporting client work, including ideating, creating and delivering this work to end customers.
  • •            Working directly with client counterparts to understand their business needs and deliver on the objectives for the client.
  • •            Having intermediate knowledge of the US healthcare system, including Payer and Providers, Medicare and Medicaid, as well as other stakeholders and a basic understanding of incentives and business models across these stakeholder groups.
  • •            Understand and be able to apply basic principles of customer experience and patient/member engagement and be able to apply these principles to unique circumstances of your client.
  • •            Be familiar with applying models and frameworks to assess various business and organizations
  • •            Serve in the role of a product manager leader to our clients who are navigating opportunities to expand or enter new markets
  • •            Be familiar with different types of healthcare products available to members, patients; products used within client organizations and understand their application and different business goals those products help achieve
  • •            Develop product roadmaps for clients
  • •            Assessing existing products in client portfolios rating them on the varying criteria/characteristics while balancing the need for product enhancements, new features and performance
  • •            Understand how customer journeys inform product development process; work with internal and external experts to develop customer journey views as well as be able to identify areas of opportunity within journeys that align with client goals
  • •            Perform role of Product Manager
  • •            Work closely with engineering, design, data and analytics resources to accomplish stated goals for the customer.
  • •            Responsible for executive vision; work close with engineering team to validate deliverables and ensure product meets the business needs.

  • Qualifications:
  • •            Strong understanding of health insurance and specifically product management within it
  • •            Prior experience in healthcare industry in the journey of Product /application development focused on members, patients and providers
  • •            Proven track record of creating a strong vision and launching new products in your previous role(s)
  • •            Strong ability to storyboard concepts and ideas to bring to clients
  • •            Ability to manage multiple project concurrently
  • •            Expertise with Microsoft office products, primarily powerpoint, excel
  • •            Ability to ideate and shape a storyline and create slides from start to finish for client meetings
  • •            Experience working with functional areas towards a common goal or deliverable including but not limited to Designers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Data & Analytics and Architects
  • •            Familiarity with the technologies shaping the digital transformation agenda and their applications within healthcare
  •  
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • •            Prior management or IT consulting experience
  • •            10 years experience in healthcare industry; payer experience highly preferred, provider/health system experience nice to have
  • •            Post-graduate degree, MBA, MHA or other
