Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Junior Developer who will be working with our client based in the Philippines. Our client is an international IT/Telecom/CPAAS nature of business that is committed to realizing the most progressive, innovative, and ambitious projects with a passion for excellence to join its team.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and sending out campaigns
WhatsApp bot setup & integration
Full understanding of the Engage Hub system, to be able to set up complex synapse services
(documentation of the system will be provided)
Weekly/monthly reports
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Engage Hub
Collaborating with the team to enhance and optimize the Engage Hub system
Responding to and resolving all client inquiries
Documenting all processes and maintaining updated records of system configurations
Assisting in the training on Engage Hub functionalities

Qualifications:

Full understanding of APIs & integration into systems, webhooks, and RESTful services
Languages: HTML, Python, CSS, JSON
Experience with Firebase
Good understanding of database management, excel, CRM, and SQL
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with other programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java) preferred
Knowledge of additional communication platforms and protocols preferred
Prior experience in working with CPaaS systems or similar platforms preferred

Salary Range: Php 40,000 to 45,000
Work Location: Philippines
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:00 GST and Saturday 10:00 AM - 18:00 GST or Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00 GST and Sunday 10:00 AM - 18:00 GST
