We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking for a talented Ad Designer who understands what makes people click and buy. Our team is focused on creating high-converting ads that drive real results, and we're looking for someone who can blend creativity with commercial awareness.
Position Overview
We're seeking a full-time Graphic Designer specialized in creating scroll-stopping, direct response ads for our eCommerce products. This is a remote position with stable, long-term growth potential as our brand expands.
Working Hours & Stability
Full-time position (40 hours/week)

Core Responsibilities
Create high-converting static ads for Meta, Google, and display networks
Design multiple ad variations for A/B testing
Adapt existing top-performing concepts into fresh variations
Ensure brand consistency across all ad creatives
Work with clear KPIs and performance metrics
Collaborate with our media buying team to optimize based on ad performance
Required Experience & Skills
2+ years experience creating direct response ads for eCommerce brands
Portfolio demonstrating high-converting ad creative
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
Understanding of ad platform specifications and requirements
Experience with photo manipulation and composition
Strong typography and layout skills
Ability to work with creative briefs and brand guidelines
