The State Business and Education Consultant role is pivotal for Murad to drive growth in the spa and clinic channel across North Brisbane/ Sunshine Coast and North QLD. This role will be responsible for building and managing Murad’s professional business through business development, customer service and in-clinic education.

This is a remote role with our Head Office based in Chatswood, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business Acquisition: The primary objective of this role is to bring on-board new clients, create and respond to leads and identify new opportunities, partnerships, and innovative ways to drive sales in the territory.

Continuously meet/ exceed KPIs and Sales Targets: Establish sales objectives by developing quarterly and monthly sales forecasts, projecting expected sales for existing and new salons. Be constantly abreast of monthly target and work with Sales & Education Manager to achieve company objectives. Report sales evolution and forecast week on week to Sales and Education Manager.

Business Development: Continuously design unique ways to engage and increase growth of our existing professional partners including promotional activity, new launches, and new business acquisition by developing innovative, tailored sales solutions for clients. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with our clients, ensuring the quality delivery of our services.

Education: Provide in-clinic education training for new business, NPD and brand updates.

Sephora: In-store education & sales support for new staff, NPD and brand updates may be required.

Qualifications (Essential / Desirable)

  • 2-3 years previous sales experience in the Aesthetic/ medical field
  • Certified Skin Therapist/ Diploma
  • Further Skin Therapy Qualifications (including modern technology) advantageous
