Roles And Responsibilities

l Sr Business Analyst must be able to understand and analyze the business requirements of the client. Lead complex business analysis projects and initiatives from inception to completion.

l Work with project stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverable of a project.

l Responsible for creating functional specifications that detail the technical requirements of a project.

l Responsible for documenting business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.

l Develop use cases and user stories that capture the functional requirements and user interactions for the project.

l Work with project stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverable of a project.

l Participate in Agile Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

l Able to identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes.

l Responsible for facilitating meetings and workshops with stakeholders to discuss project requirements, progress, and issues.

l Should provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and implementation.

l Conduct cost-benefit analysis and develop business cases to support recommendations.

l Mentor and coach junior business analysts to improve their skills and capabilities.

l Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
