Job description

Starting Date: January 27, 2025

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM – 12:00 AM (rotational shifts)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote flexibility)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries about products, services, and account details efficiently.
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalating complex cases to relevant teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.


Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a rotational schedule.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
