Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy. This includes online advertising, social media, SEO, content marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business goals.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Oversee social media strategy and content creation to enhance brand presence.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Manage email marketing campaigns for customer retention and lead nurturing.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in managing and building marketing teams.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail with exposure to working directly with clients.
Previous agency experience is an added advantage.
