What You'll Do

  • Sales and Client Engagement
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners, becoming their trusted advisor.
    • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions using Jeld-Wen products, including aluminum, wood, and aluminum-clad windows and doors.
    • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.
    • Represent the company professionally at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Market Expansion and Strategy
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the market across North Carolina.
    • Focus on new home, track home, and light commercial sales, while expanding into high-end residential projects.
    • Stay current on Jeld-Wen product offerings and emerging industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Customer Account Management
    • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Collaborate with the regional sales team to deliver seamless service and support.
  • Estimating and Technical Expertise
    • Leverage your ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs for accurate estimates and bids.
    • Provide insights to clients and ensure installations align with project requirements.
Qualifications

  • Must have 3+ years of proven sales experience in windows, doors, or construction materials.
  • Must have 3+ years experience in B2B Sales.
  • Strong ability to read blueprints and perform take-offs for estimating and bidding.
  • Familiarity with Jeld-Wen products or similar brands.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally (1-2 hours from Wilkesboro, NC).
