They are currently seeking a Helpdesk Support professional to provide first-tier technical assistance, troubleshoot user issues, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to IT services. Responsibilities
Provide first-tier user support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems.
Offer technical support by phone or desk-side for desktop issues, Office 365, and Windows 10 services.
Perform regular system checks and day-to-day operations for seamless functionality.
Handle administrative tasks, including managing hardware inventory and preparing system documentation and reports.
Coordinate with vendors for the maintenance and servicing of IT systems.
Participate in 24/7 shift duty schedules to ensure continuous support.
Requirements
Higher diploma in computer studies or above, with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Solid background in helpdesk or deskside support.
Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, and AV systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
