They are currently seeking a Helpdesk Support professional to provide first-tier technical assistance, troubleshoot user issues, and manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to IT services. Responsibilities

  • Provide first-tier user support and troubleshooting for desktop and laptop systems.
  • Offer technical support by phone or desk-side for desktop issues, Office 365, and Windows 10 services.
  • Perform regular system checks and day-to-day operations for seamless functionality.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing hardware inventory and preparing system documentation and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the maintenance and servicing of IT systems.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift duty schedules to ensure continuous support.


Requirements

  • Higher diploma in computer studies or above, with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Solid background in helpdesk or deskside support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, and AV systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
