VP of Engineering

Through innovative platforms like All Access, Backstage, and Launchpad, we enable seamless integration, optimized inventory management, and unforgettable journeys for event attendees worldwide.

As the VP of Engineering, you will:

• Develop and execute a technical strategy aligned with Crewfare’s mission and business goals.
• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Oversee the architecture, development, and maintenance of Crewfare’s platforms, including Connect, our integration hub for seamless inventory and communication.
• Partner with the Product team to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions on time and within budget.
• Champion best practices in software development, infrastructure, and security, ensuring compliance with SOC2 and ISO standards.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and scalability, particularly in backend and API integrations with partners like Expedia, Priceline, and Amadeus.
• Spearhead the implementation of new technologies, such as dynamic pricing and AI-driven recommendations, to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive international expansion and localized solutions.

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in travel tech, SaaS, or e-commerce is a strong advantage.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure (AWS + GCP), APIs, and scalable architecture.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives and prioritize for impact.
• People Management: Proven success building, mentoring, and scaling diverse engineering teams.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Security Focus: Experience implementing SOC2, ISO, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Innovative Mindset: Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
