What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the development and execution of a member growth strategy for the US Family Health Plan (USFHP)
  • Establish and oversee performance metrics to ensure effective sales practices and compliance standards
  • Develop tactical growth plans in collaboration with direct reports
  • Partner with marketing and network leadership to create joint growth strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Provide guidance and coaching to direct reports to meet changing business needs and growth goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience
  • Experience leading teams across functional departments in an operational environment
  • Proven experience with sales market analysis and improving operational performance
  • Ability to travel across the market footprint (ME, NH, VT, NY, OH, PA)
