Job description

Description of duties

  • deploy and orchestrate cloud services supporting and running automated methods for structural analysis and computational fluid dynamics for the purpose of medical diagnostics
  • implement and orchestrate cloud services running machine learning and data processing algorithms
  • implement software supervising and controlling the operation of those services and algorithms
  • take part in the development and optimization of our automated diagnostics pipeline

Requirements And Experience

  • good knowledge of AWS operation and services and related technologies (containers, Terraform, Docker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
  • version control software (Git or equivalent)
  • at least intermediate level programming skills (Python, C++)
  • advanced communication skills in English (spoken and written – B2/C1 equivalent or above)
  • creativity and analytical skills
  • flexibility and good sense of humor

What isn’t required, but would be nice to have?

  • knowledge/hands-on experience with 3D graphics
  • general, practical knowledge of image processing and machine learning
  • knowledge of domain-specific medical imaging processing and formats
  • scientific Python stack (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn)
  • education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science or any other related field
