Job Title: SRE Engineer

Location: Lisbon

Requirements:

Experience: 5 years
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, with a focus on SRE and DevOps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of cloud and experience with cloud-native technologies.
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, etc.), logging (ELK, Loki), and tracing (Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).
Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
Proficiency in application instrumentation, data analysis, and dashboard creation.
Strong skills in programming languages like Python, Go, and SQL; and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and process automation.
Proven ability in troubleshooting distributed systems and identifying performance bottlenecks

Ability to lead and mentor high-performing technical teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
