• 2 Days Off: Sunday and one additional rotational day off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
• Actively manage customer interactions with a focus on providing clear, accurate, and timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
