Business Development Representative (North America)

ChangePlan.co is a growing SaaS company based in Australia and the Philippines. We partner with global enterprises such as Duracell, Danone, and Akamai to empower their change management teams. Our platform ensures that large-scale projects are adopted by employees seamlessly, reducing confusion and resistance.

We’re looking for a driven, personable individual to help us grow our existing footprint in North America.


What you’d be doing …

  • Managing the complete sales process for North American opportunities, including:
  • Prospecting leads through phone, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Conducting product demos and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Closing deals and managing the security, procurement and contracting process.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover to Customer Success post-sale.
  • Managing renewals and grow license packages for existing North American customers
  • Providing feedback on marketing and product development opportunities specific to North America.

Required skills & experience

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Enterprise SaaS Experience: Preferably in Martech, HR, or process improvement software.
  • CRM Expertise: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is highly regarded.


Compensation

  • Base salary: USD $1,500 - $2,500 per month.
  • Generous commissions based on closed sales.
