Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our remote team in Pune. In this full-time role, you will leverage your experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support our recruitment efforts. With required work experience of 1 to 3 years, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch talent. As a member of our recruitment team, you will have the opportunity to grow within our organization while contributing to its success.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven ability in sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals (Mandatory skill).
  • Effective screening of resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates for interviews (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to conduct candidate assessments through structured evaluation methods ensuring high-quality hires.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient time management to meet deadlines and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
