Qualifications And Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in React, Java,
• Backend knowledge of SQL
• Strong expertise in SQL, API Development, and Microservices
• Application Framework experience using Spring boot and REST API s
• Build/Deployment experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery and maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team
• Responsible for deciding how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Able to design and solve independently
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver customer-centric solutions
• To delegate tasks to individual team members
• identify the teams strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure team adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and performance evaluations of team members
