Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFPs and RFQs from North American clients to understand their requirements and identify key evaluation criteria.
  • Conduct in-depth research on client needs, competition, and relevant market trends within North America.
  • Develop comprehensive and well-organized proposals that address all RFPrequirements and effectively communicate our company's value proposition to North American audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical experts, sales managers) to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy.
  • Write persuasive and compelling narrative sections that highlight our strengths and differentiate us from competitors in the North American market.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and ensure timely submission of proposals for North American opportunities.
  • Track proposal submissions and analyze win/loss data to identify areas for improvement, focusing on North American trends.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in proposal writing, particularly within the North American context.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience writing RFPs and proposals for North American clients.
  • Strong understanding of the proposal development process, including proposal templates, evaluation criteria, and scoring procedures specific to North America.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively for North American audiences.
  • Experience working within tight deadlines and managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using proposal management software a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of specific industries or markets within North America a plus (e.g., technology, healthcare, government).
