Job Overview

TIG Risk Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Private Investigator in the Fresno area. The candidate will be responsible for conducting surveillance work related to various claims, including worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability. We offer competitive compensation starting at $40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveillance and activity checks for diverse types of claims
  • Perform thorough background investigations
  • Document findings comprehensively in detailed reports
  • Execute scene inspections and gather statements as needed
  • Adapt to various environments, including high-crime areas, while maintaining professionalism

Required Skills

  • A minimum of two years of experience in surveillance activities
  • Proficient report writing and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to carry out both stationary and mobile surveillance under varying conditions
  • Comfort with pretext investigations and related practices
  • Experience in Special Investigations Unit (SIU) functions such as taking statements and conducting scene inspections

Qualifications

  • Must possess an active Private Investigator License in California
  • Proven experience in surveillance and investigation roles is essential
