Job Title: Private Investigator - Santa Rosa Area

Job Overview

TIG Risk Services, a leading national investigative firm headquartered in Destin, Florida, is actively seeking a licensed Private Investigator to join our team in the Santa Rosa area. With over two decades of experience servicing the insurance, government, and legal sectors, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive investigative services, including surveillance, background checks, and activity assessments for various claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough surveillance for worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims.
  • Perform activity checks and background investigations to gather critical information.
  • Take statements and conduct detailed scene inspections as needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports that accurately reflect findings and support our clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to fully understand investigation requirements and objectives.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of two years of surveillance experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in handling SIU-related tasks, including taking statements and conducting inspections.
  • Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Capability to conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance in diverse environments, including high-crime areas.
  • Comfort with pretext investigations and adapting to various investigative scenarios.
  • Must possess an active Private Investigator License in California.

Qualifications
