Job description:

Our Opportunity to youWe are looking to add another Allied Health Lead to manage our allied health team in the Metropolitan Sydney Region. We currently have four allied health leads that share oversight across the region. Support and manage a growing team of multi-disciplinary staff, responsible for developing and expanding the services they deliver.  This a maternity leave cover role commencing March 2025 until March 2026 with scope for a permanent role, pending business growth.

The day to day

  • Support and collaborate with clinicians across regions and disciplines
  • Explore local business opportunities and expand services to meet community needs in various settings, with particular focus on our home care package stakeholders in Home Health
  • Manage and support you and your team’s clinical caseload
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor

Your experience

  • Proven operational management and team leadership skills are beneficial
  • Proficiency in client management systems and relevant technological applications
  • Working knowledge of funding steams such as home care packages, DVA, CHSP and post-acute care (preferred)
  • Proven capability in change implementation, system improvement and innovation are advantageous

Additional

  • Qualifications: Allied Health qualification with AHPRA registration
  • Requirement: Valid driver’s licence, insured vehicle
