About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant with Collar, you will manage your own 360 recruitment desk from end to end, including screening, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, business development, client meetings and post-placement care.
You will cultivate and sustain strong client relationships and proactively identify and engage top-tier talent, collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and clients.

About You
- Proven experience as a 360 (agency) recruiter
- Proven track record of not only reaching but exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for Blue and White Collar roles in an agency is desirable
