Job description

Social Media Strategy and Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to achieve business goals.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to optimize strategies.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging posts, videos, stories, and graphics.
• Write compelling captions and messaging that align with the brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
• Source, curate, and manage user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations.

Paid Media Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage budgets and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for paid campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and report on the performance of campaigns and social media activities using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

Community Engagement:

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms promptly and professionally.
• Foster online communities by engaging with followers and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

SEO and Digital Marketing Integration:

• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize content for search engines and increase organic reach.
• Integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns and website optimization.

Trendspotting and Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Experiment with new features, platforms, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and marketing teams, to align strategies and goals.
• Provide input for campaign ideation and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Brand Advocacy:

• Ensure all social media and digital content aligns with Tera Group’s brand identity, tone, and values.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining consistency across all platforms and communications.
