Job description

Envevo are a leading ICP and EV ChargePoint installer, we offer a full turnkey service, supplying electric vehicle charging infrastructure for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the expansion of the eBus sector across the UK.


The Sales Executive – eBus will be responsible in identifying opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales, and expanding our presence in the fleet market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills to meet and exceed sales targets in the e-bus market.


You will have a passion for sustainable transportation solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.




Role Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities in the e-bus sector across the UK.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including transport operators, municipalities, fleet managers, and government bodies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and propose tailored e-bus solutions.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to deliver compelling solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and promotions to drive demand.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

Industry Representation

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote e-bus solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, government regulations, and funding programs relevant to electric vehicles.



Qualifications, Competencies & Professional Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the bus, transport, or e-mobility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK’s public transport landscape, particularly buses or zero-emission vehicles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and present technical solutions effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel within the UK as required.


Desirable:

  • Familiarity with government funding schemes and policies supporting zero-emission transport in the UK.
  • A background in engineering or technical sales is advantageous.
  • Experience working with public sector clients or large-scale infrastructure projects.
