Responsibilities:

Track performance metrics
Listen to calls and provide feedback
Review team performance
Review numbers and look for improvements
Efficient and organized

Requirements:

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at B2 level or higher.
A cheerful personality and strong people skills.
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions.
Reliable internet connection and stable electricity.
A high-quality headset.
Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Availability to work any of the following shifts:

All Schedules are in Eastern time:

M-F: 9 AM - 5 PM

M-F: 12 AM - 8 PM

Once hired and assigned a shift slot, this will be your permanent schedule, and you will be expected to work the same days and times each week.

The pay for this role is between $3 and $7 USD per hour, with opportunities for additional hours and bonuses. Please only apply if you are satisfied with this rate.
